"Excellent tuner for bass guitars."However, I had to give the tuner a try as well. If it's not in good solid contact it may not read at all. The clip is strong and I like the brightness of the screen. I bought this guitar tuner when I was trying to get back into learning guitar. I can't imagine another tuner that would work better.
